Cindy Fletcher highly knowledgeable about the city and the residential market. She has been recognized as an expert in her field by the Chicago Tribune, the Wall Street Journal, Crain’s Chicago Business and other industry publications. She has also appeared on Fox Thing in the Morning, CLTV, and CNN.
 
Cindy is passionate about her work. Her business is largely based on enthusiastic referrals by past clients and includes buyers and sellers with a diverse range of needs and price points. She is professional, efficient, detail oriented, and customer focused. In addition, she is a talented architectural photographer, and known for the high quality marketing materials she develops for each of her listings.
 
Cindy doesn’t do anything half way. In 1994, her first year in residential real estate sales, Cindy outperformed her peers and was recognized as the company’s “Rookie of the Year”. In subsequent years, she has consistently received the industry’s most prestigious awards including the Chicago Association of Realtors Bronze, Silver and Golden Eagle Awards. She has ranked among the city’s top ten agents out of several thousand every year since 1997. In both 2000 and 2001, Cindy sold in excess of $33 million of residential real estate. Cindy works closely with her sister (Nathalie Ames), brother (Zack Sudler), and sister-in-law (Violet Sudler)- all award winning agents at Coldwell Banker.
 
Cindy actively supports a number of civic and charitable institutions. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Lincoln Park Zoo, the Auxiliary Board of the Art Institute of Chicago, and past president of the Professional Board of SOS Children’s Village Illinois. Prior to her career in real estate, Cindy worked as an investment banker and then as a film producer. She graduated from Yale University.
